How long will the process take? Depending on the number of products to be imaged, typical turn-around times can be from two to four weeks from start to finish. Let us know if you have a certain deadline or need and we will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can. How do we get our products to you? The world has become smaller... our clients are located all over the world and typically we receive their merchandise via an insured courier who has experience in handling Jewelry or other valuable merchandise. Upon their receipt we will contact you to confirm their arrival and ask any questions regarding the project that we may have. We will utilize the very same courier that you have selected to return the products back to you. If we have an account with the Pick & Drop System, can our customers download images from your site? Absolutely, the Pick & Drop System has an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) feature that allows you an opportunity to provide your (select) retailers access to a password protected that will allow them to view your products on-line and download their images for use in catalogs, advertisements or on-line applications. Do you photograph our products with a digital camera? No we do not. While digital photography has come along way, the digital format is still not capable of capturing the spectrum of colors and detail that traditional photography can. We utilize the finest film, equipment, processing and high-end drum scanning to maximize the quality required to produce the finest most detailed digital images available. Do you retouch the image that you photograph? Yes, the price for the Pick & Drop system includes digital color correcting and image outline for each piece of jewelry and watch photographed. Yes we do, a large part of our business is the design and production of high quality custom printed catalogs for some of the World's finest Jewelry Manufacturers and Retailers.
